Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Effective as of May 1st, 2025 Governing Jurisdiction: State of Kansas At Wellness Mixology, we are committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services through compassionate and professional care. To maintain the integrity of our scheduling process and to respect the time of both our practitioners and clients, we have implemented the following booking and cancellation policy. Appointment Scheduling All cuddle therapy sessions must be scheduled in advance through our official booking platform, by phone, or via approved email communication. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information at the time of booking. A valid credit/debit card or payment method must be on file to secure your appointment. Cancellation Policy Clients must notify Wellness Mixology of any cancellation at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations received less than 12 hours in advance will incur a $25.00 late cancellation fee. Missed appointments without any notice ("no-shows") are also subject to the $25.00 fee. Refunds & Rescheduling Appointments canceled more than 12 hours in advance will not incur any fees and may be rescheduled at no additional charge. If an appointment is canceled due to verified medical emergency or weather-related travel disruption, the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of Wellness Mixology. Prepaid session fees are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 14 days. Legal Compliance – State of Kansas This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, specifically under the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A. 50-623 et seq.). Clients shall be considered to have entered into a service agreement upon booking, and all cancellation or refund provisions herein are deemed binding and enforceable. Disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in accordance with Kansas state law and may be subject to mediation or small claims procedures in the appropriate county court. Wellness Mixology complies with all applicable health, safety, and privacy laws as required by Kansas law, including those related to professional therapeutic services. Agreement & Acknowledgment By booking an appointment with Wellness Mixology, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy. It is the responsibility of the client to review this policy prior to confirming any session.
